This case study will review the successful marketing strategy for a window installation service contractor in the Denver, Colorado Metro Area. The window and door contractor sold replacement windows and doors to homeowners and general contractors in the Denver area for over 30 years. The replacement window contractor has been utilizing the current marketing agency, Get Found Fast, beginning in 2014.

In 2014, DMD Windows and Doors closed their storefront. As a replacement window and door contractor, they decided to shift their strategy from a storefront business, due to slow in-store traffic, to instead rely solely on referrals, repeat customers and inbound leads.
